Turn, turn and turn again. The wok turner from the BALLARINI Rosso range is your best `amico´ when cooking in a wok. It is perfect for preparing noodles, fish or vegetables without your hands getting tired. Stir-frying is the magic word that makes dishes prepared in the wok so delicious. The small pieces of chopped ingredients are moved from one side of the wok to the other with the constant turning motion. The large turner made from food safe, high quality silicone is the perfect tool for this task. Its ergonomic design means that it sits `eccellente´ in the hand and does not scratch even woks with non stick coating thanks to the soft silicone. The material is heat resistant up to 230 °C. And this kitchen gadget offers even more advantages: After all the hard work turning and flipping, you can save yourself the task of cleaning the wok turner, as it is dishwasher safe. The wok turner was designed by Milan-based studio Matteo Thun Antonio Rodriguez. Its bright red colour makes it a real eye-catcher it?s much too beautiful to hide away in the drawer. And theres no need to! Thanks to the practical hanging hole, you can hang it on your kitchen rail.
