For hygienic bleeding

Product information
For proper, hygienic bleeding to obtain blood for food or animal feed, blood from pigs or cattle should be suctioned.

Our stainless steel hollow knife is ideal for this purpose.

The hollow knife tube has an inner diameter of 35 mm and an outer diameter of 40 mm.

It can accommodate blades and holders of all sizes.

The suction hose can be attached directly to the knife using a hose clamp.

The replacement blade and holder can be easily replaced using a pipe wrench.

The hollow knife is sold without a replacement blade.
