HYGISAN Grill and Oven Cleaner is a highly alkaline, ready-to-use specialist cleaner for the professional cleaning and degreasing of ovens, smoking ovens, combi ovens and grills. It quickly and effectively removes food soiling, burnt-on grease and stubborn residues.
The ready-to-use cleaning solution is supplied in a practical 1 litre spray bottle, allowing the cleaner to be applied precisely and evenly to soiled surfaces. It is ideal for catering establishments, butcher shops, bakeries, commercial kitchens, restaurants and other food-processing facilities.
The grill and oven cleaner may also be used in ovens with automatic cleaning systems, provided that the appliance manufacturer’s instructions permit its use.

Preheat the oven to a maximum of 50 °C and then switch it off. Use the spray bottle to apply the ready-to-use solution undiluted and evenly to the soiled surfaces.

When using the product in ovens with automatic cleaning systems, observe the appliance manufacturer’s application and safety instructions.
Use only on alkali-resistant surfaces. The product may attack aluminium and other light metals. Test sensitive materials for compatibility on an inconspicuous area before use. Store upright in the original container at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.

Danger. May be corrosive to metals. Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. Do not breathe mist, vapours or spray. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection.
If swallowed, rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. If on skin or hair, immediately remove all contaminated clothing and rinse the skin with water or shower. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. Immediately call a poison centre or doctor. Always read the label and product information before use.
