HYGISAN Acidic Foam Cleaner is a highly concentrated foam cleaner for professional cleaning in the food industry. It is particularly suitable for removing protein residues, limescale deposits and rust from acid-resistant surfaces, floors, walls and machinery.
The product develops a dense, fine-pored cleaning foam that adheres effectively to vertical surfaces. This allows the cleaner to work evenly and loosen even stubborn soiling. The foam collapses quickly when rinsed with water. The acidic foam cleaner is ideal for butcher shops, meat-processing facilities, slaughterhouses, commercial kitchens and other food-processing facilities.

Mix the concentrate with cold water. Apply the diluted cleaning solution manually, with a sprayer or using suitable low- or high-pressure equipment at a maximum operating pressure of 7 bar.
On vertical surfaces, apply the foam evenly from bottom to top. After the required contact time, thoroughly rinse all treated surfaces with water.

• For heavy soiling: Increase the dosage to a maximum of 5%

Use only on acid-resistant surfaces. Test sensitive materials for compatibility on an inconspicuous area before use. Do not use or mix with other products. Store upright in the original container at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection. If on skin, wash with plenty of water. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. If skin irritation or persistent eye irritation occurs, seek medical advice or attention.
