Product information
HYGISAN Dishwasher Detergent with Chlorine is a highly concentrated alkaline detergent for commercial dishwashers. It reliably removes stubborn food, grease and starch residues, leaving dishes hygienically clean. The complexing agents contained in the formula help prevent limescale deposits inside the machine and support consistently effective cleaning results.

The chlorine-based dishwasher detergent is suitable for alkali-resistant tableware, stainless steel, porcelain with durable decorations and heat-resistant plastics. It is ideal for professional use in catering establishments, butcher shops, commercial kitchens, canteens, restaurants and food-processing facilities.

Application and dosage:

The detergent is automatically added to the wash water using a suitable dosing system. The standard dosage is 1–3 ml per litre of water and may be increased to a maximum of 6 ml per litre if required. The appropriate dosage depends on the local water hardness, the degree of soiling and the type of items being washed.

Important information:

Do not use on alkali-sensitive materials such as aluminium or other light metals. Test sensitive surfaces for material compatibility on an inconspicuous area before use. Store upright in the original container at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight. Do not mix with other cleaning products, as hazardous gases may be released.
