Dishes remain hot for long thanks to the heat-retaining cast iron. With a capacity of 0.7 litres this dish is ideally suited for preparing small portions. The black cast iron absorbs heat during cooking and redistributes it evenly. Thanks to the matte black enamel inside, you can also flash fry quickly at high temperatures in this dish.
