Product information
This round STAUB roasting dish from its Cookware series is made of cast iron, guaranteeing even heat retention and release. Successfully sear meat, gently cook vegetables and produce a golden brown crust on a gratin in this roasting dish, as cast iron retains heat (and cold!) especially well. To keep your food cool, simply place your dishes in the refrigerator before serving. Top chefs use the cast iron cookware because it is durable and easy to clean, among other reasons. The round roasting dish, which has a 20 cm diameter and holds 0.75 litres, can be practically stacked and is suitable for all types of cooker, including induction hobs.
