The Bologna Granitium casserole by BALLARINI is perfect if you plan to sear and then stew meat, fish or vegetables. The special, 5-fold GRANITIUM non-stick coating is extremely resistant and prevents food from sticking. This allows for healthy cooking with very little oil or fat. In addition, the sealing and the forged quality in a heavy design also ensure enormous stability and scratch resistance. Metal utensils can also be used. Thanks to its diameter of 28 cm and its height of 5 cm, it is ideal for preparing larger quantities. The BALLARINI casserole also scores with its ergonomically shaped, thermally insulated plastic handle, which has a practical thermopoint integrated into it. This turns red as soon as the ideal temperature is reached. Now the energy supply can be throttled - ideal for energy-saving cooking. If the dot turns green again, the pan has cooled down and can be touched. It is suitable for all stove types and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
