Hagesüd Chopping Aid (formerly Fibrisol, known as Brätfibrisol)

This phosphate-containing chopping aid without reddening is used to produce your cooked sausage products. It maintains the consistency of the sausage meat and prevents the sausage from settling fat and sap during sterilization.

For food use
Free from glutamate and allergens requiring labeling
For cooked sausage and cooked sausage-like products
Add 3g per kg of sausage meat to the material at the beginning of the chopping process.
