The Atlantis series stew pot with lid is ideal for roasting, braising and stewing. Whether youre preparing deliciously fragrant goulash or meatballs, or cooking freshly harvested vegetables, this high-quality stainless steel cookware will be a great help. In the pot, which is only 8 cm high, liquid evaporates more quickly and conjures up butter-soft meat and crunchy vegetables in no time. The 16 cm roasting pot with tight-fitting lid comprises a volume of 1.5 l and ensures ideal heat distribution in the bottom and walls thanks to its unique InductoSeal base and an aluminum core. Thus, your dish will be cooked evenly and in the meantime you can calmly devote yourself to the preparation of your side dishes. The bottom of the pot is suitable for all types of stoves, but has been specially designed for use on induction hotplates. Also worth mentioning is the special surface treatment with Silvinox®. This not only allows the stainless steel to retain its original color for longer, but you will also enjoy easy cleaning, as even fingerprints and iron residues can be removed without hesitation.
