With the conical sauteuse from the Atlantis series by Demeyere, dishes can be prepared easily and at a professional level. The conical shape of the sauteuse makes it particularly suitable as a cooking vessel for fine sauces: it can be stirred evenly with the whisk, as you can reach every angle effortlessly thanks to the round base. The long handle, which remains pleasantly cool during cooking, ensures good handling. The conical sauteuse has a diameter of 18 cm, making it ideal for preparing small to medium portions. Thanks to the multilayer 7Ply material with an aluminum core, the heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface.
