• Good abrasiveness

Water the whetstone before use. When using it, make sure it is placed on a non-slip surface.
Pre-grind the knives first in an even motion with a grinding angle of 15-20° on the white side.
Repeat the process until a fine degree is formed on the cutting edge. This degree is then honed on the fine side of the stone with the same angle and movement.
Silicon carbide is a ceramic material and is almost as hard as diamond.
