This knife is the all-rounder of almost every professional. Whether meat, fish, poultry, herbs, large vegetables or fruits, everything can be easily, safely and easily cut, sliced or crushed.

The material is particularly resistant and can also withstand temperatures of up to 200 ° C (Short-term contact). As a quality mark, each blade is marked with an individual and consecutive number. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (in each case including all additions and in the version valid at the time of the declaration):

The knives are dishwasher proof. However, we recommend manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
