The robust cooking knife is used in professional cooking, especially in food preparation, e.g. for large fish or raw poultry.
Made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, X50CrMo14, which due to its special hardening in the vacuum process is very rust-resistant and the blade remains sharp for a very long time. All blades are polished several times on special machines. The cutting edge and cutting angle are optimally aligned to the needs of professional users. The hand polish at the end of the production ensures the perfect sharpness. The classic shape adapts well to each hand and supports effortless cutting and working.
Polyoxymethylene is a particularly dimensionally stable and stable plastic. The triple-riveted plastic handle offers a secure hold in all professional kitchen work. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (in each case including all additions and in the version valid at the time of the declaration):
Regulation (EU) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent food contact materials and articles) intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and repealing directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC, as amended.
Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14.01.2011 relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
The knives are dishwasher proof. However, we recommend manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
