The beak-shaped blade form is particularly suitable for peeling and decorating fruits and vegetables.
Ideal for tomatoes. Preferably potatoes and carrots can be easily cut into beautiful shapes.
Blade made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, hardened to 56 Rockwell hardness (+/- 1 degree). The very fine blade surface improves rust resistance and allows the blade to slide easily through the material being cut.
The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (in each case including all additions and in the version valid at the time of the declaration):
Regulation (EU) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent food contact materials and articles) intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and repealing directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC, as amended.
Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14.01.2011 relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
The knives are dishwasher proof. However, we recommend manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
