Product information
The medium sized Hinoki wood cutting board is the perfect cutting surface for Miyabi knives, as there is little wear on their delicate cutting edges on this wooden board. Hinoki is the wood of a cypress species found only in Japan. It is very light, particularly resistant and therefore unusually durable. It is also highly water resistant, making it easy to clean. The Hinoki cutting board is 35 cm long, 20 cm wide and 3 cm thick. It is made from a single piece of wood from the edge of the trunk. Therefore, gluing as in other wooden boards is not necessary. On this board you can cut meat, vegetables and other food in style and at the same time make sure that your Miyabi knives stay sharp for a long time.
