Product information
In the black box form from the STAUB specialities range you can bake a fresh bread or a delicious cake, for example. It is made of cast iron, which distributes the heat optimally so that your food is cooked evenly in all places and the bread gets a nice crust and is very fluffy inside. Cast iron is also extremely robust and durable. You can therefore use such a box mould for many years. A special feature of STAUB is not only the optimal heat resistance but also the long cooling of cold food. For example, you can also keep homemade ice cream perfectly cool and serve it stylishly on the laid table immediately afterwards. The box form has a length of 23 cm, a width of about 12 cm and a height of 7 cm. Its capacity is therefore 1.56 l. The black box form from STAUB is very practical to handle due to its two handles on the sides of the head. In it you can easily bake a healthy bread for your family, a cake for the coffee table or stylishly serve a cold dessert. The enamelling on the inside makes it easy to remove the baked goods from the mould. This also makes cleaning easy, because with a little washing-up liquid the box mould is quickly cleaned again.
