The non-stick coating comprises three layers and is especially robust and durable. Measuring 20cm across at the rim, it has space for medium-sized portions, and its SIGMA Clad base with strong aluminium core rapidly heats the stainless steel pan. At the same time, the heat is distributed incredibly evenly all the way to the rim.
Do you prefer to cook on an induction hob? No problem. The pan can be used on any kind of hob and is dishwasher-safe. This means less work for you and allows you to fully concentrate on your guests.
