Product information
The sharpening steel from ZWILLING consists of a sturdy, ergonomic handle with hanging hole and an oval-shaped rod. The diamond coating on the blade gives the kitchen knives an extremely fine sharpness when sharpening, so that they retain their original cutting power. The ZWILLING knife sharpener measures 26 cm in length. It can even sharpen knives that have been in use for a long time. The robust handle allows you to hold the sharpening steel securely while sharpening the knife blades. Pull the knives over the oval shaped blade with a loose yet deliberate hand movement until the desired result is achieved. The sharpening steel with diamond coating helps to sharpen knives particularly finely.
