The cookware from the TWIN Classic series is a good basis for cooking delicious dishes, because both amateur and professional cooks can benefit from the excellent material properties. The pots’ layered bottom is made of stainless steel with an aluminium core, which effectively absorbs the heat and passes it on, evenly over the entire surface. This not only allows you to sear food but also to gently and carefully cook it.
The five-piece cookware set includes a casserole dish with a diameter of 20 cm and a capacity of three litres which you can use to sear and then slowly cook larger pieces of meat. The large stew pot with a diameter of 24 cm and capacity of seven litres is suited for making soups and stews as well as for cooking dumplings or noodles. A stock pot with a diameter of 16 cm diameter and a capacity of two litres, another version with a diameter of 20 cm and a capacity of four litres and a saucepan with a diameter of 16 cm and a capacity of 1.5 litres complete the set.
Using the different size pots, you can cook side dishes, vegetables and sauces which you can also put in the oven to keep warm. Furthermore, the pots are suitable for all types of cookers including induction hobs.
