This all-purpose knife is the middle ground between the office knife and the chefs knife. Ideal for cutting and slicing vegetables, salad and smaller pieces of meat of all kinds.
Blades forged from one piece of steel. With extra high carbon (X55) for particularly good edge retention. Very fine polishing and grinding so that nothing sticks to the blade. Vacuum hardened to 56-57 HRC. Final sharpening and honing is done by master craftsmen and guarantees perfect and effortless cutting.
The silky handle lies particularly well and securely in the hand. The bowls are firmly connected with 3 stainless steel rivets. The material is particularly resistant and can withstand temperatures of up to 200°C (short-term contact). As a sign of quality, each blade is labelled with an individual and consecutive number. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legal regulations (in each case including all supplements and in the version valid at the time of issuing this declaration):

The knives are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
